Enquiries and calls

When you contact us or book a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, company, project description and selected time. We use them to respond, prepare the call and manage the booking. Our booking service stores booking details and sends email invitations. Do not submit sensitive records, passwords or confidential customer data through these forms.

Website measurement and browser storage

Our first-party measurement records page paths, event types, campaign source, referring domain and event time to understand visits and booking activity. These event records do not contain form values, IP addresses, cookies or a unique visitor identifier. Your browser temporarily stores campaign attribution and any enquiry draft in session storage so information can pass into the booking page. The draft is removed when the booking page reads it.

Google advertising and cookies

This site includes Google AdSense code. Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar information to deliver and measure ads. Advertising cookies can support personalized ads based on visits to this and other websites. Google explains this processing in how Google uses information from partner sites and its privacy policy.

We have selected Google's consent management platform with Consent, Do not consent and Manage options choices for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Use the consent message where displayed to choose whether to permit relevant advertising uses. You can also manage Google advertising personalization at Google Ads Settings, review participating providers' choices at YourAdChoices, and control cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect features.

Service providers

The site and booking service run on Fly.io. Email is handled through Zoho and the recipient's email provider. Google supplies advertising services and hosted fonts used by the site. Providers receive information needed to deliver their services, which can include ordinary connection data such as an IP address. Their processing may take place in countries different from yours.

Managing your information

Contact saif@kortexlabs.dev to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask about its retention. Include enough context to locate your enquiry without sending sensitive identity documents. Outreach emails include an unsubscribe option; a suppression record is used to avoid contacting an opted-out address again.
