What happens on the call

You walk me through the process. Start to finish, who touches it, where it stalls. Ten minutes.
I tell you what I'd build — and what I wouldn't. Ten minutes. Usually the useful part is what gets cut.
You get a number. A range, on the call, not in a follow-up. If it isn't worth building, I'll say that instead.

Most builds land between $8,000 and $12,000, fixed price, half up front. You'll get a range on the call, not in a follow-up email a week later. If what you need is three steps in Zapier, I'll tell you that and we'll both save an afternoon.

What I build
