touches it, where it stalls. Ten minutes.I tell you what I'd build — and what I wouldn't. Ten
minutes. Usually the useful part is what gets cut.You get a number. A range, on the call, not in a
follow-up. If it isn't worth building, I'll say that instead.

What I build
Version-controlled code, running on infrastructure you own. No no-code
platform underneath. Hosting and any third-party API costs depend on
the agreed scope. You own the source code and IP, with docs and a deployment runbook. You can hand it to any other engineer, because it's just code.
