Book a scoping call
Tell me what's manual today. I'll read it before we speak, so
we go straight to the process. Pick a time, add your name, email and one sentence.
That's the whole booking. Everything else is optional.
You're booked.
Your time is reserved. Check your inbox for a calendar invitation.

What happens on the call
You walk me through the process. Start to finish, who
touches it, where it stalls. Ten minutes.I tell you what I'd build — and what I wouldn't. Ten
minutes. Usually the useful part is what gets cut.You get a number. A range, on the call, not in a
follow-up. If it isn't worth building, I'll say that instead.Within 24 hours, a written fixed-scope quote. What's in,
what's out, the timeline and one fixed price. No obligation.
Confidential by default
Happy to sign your NDA before we talk. Mention it in the booking and
I'll return it signed before the call.
Who you're talking to
Saif Ur Rehman. The engineer who would write the code, not an account
manager who'd pass it on. Backend and AI systems, self-hosted, in
production.
What you get either way
A straight read on whether the thing you described is worth automating,
from someone who has built these before. No deck, no proposal you didn't
ask for, no sequence afterwards.
What it usually costs
Data & Automation Engine starts at $6,000; AI Assistant — RAG in 30 Days
starts at $8,000; AI Product MVP — Idea to Launch starts at $12,000. Fixed scope, fixed price.
You'll get a range on the call, not in a follow-up email a week later.
If what you need is three steps in Zapier, I'll tell you that and we'll
both save an afternoon.
What I build
Version-controlled code, running on infrastructure you own. No no-code
platform underneath. Hosting and any third-party API costs depend on
the agreed scope. You own the source code and IP, with docs and a deployment runbook. You can hand it to any other engineer, because it's just code.
