The result: The process is fully unattended: enriched, qualified leads land in the CRM every day with zero manual work, before the team opens their laptops.

The problem

For a real-estate investment client, foreclosure lead generation meant someone manually checking dozens of US county court and sheriff sites every single day, then copying new filings into a CRM and looking up owner contact details one by one.

What we built

  • A daily Playwright pipeline, running in stealth mode with proxy rotation, that collects new filings from each county site.
  • Deduplication so the same property never shows up twice.
  • Owner contact enrichment through skip-trace APIs.
  • Automatic delivery of qualified leads into the client's GoHighLevel CRM.
  • A daily summary and failure alerts, so a broken site is noticed the same day.

Stack

Playwright · proxy rotation · skip-trace APIs · GoHighLevel

What this means for your business

Any business that checks the same websites every morning (public notices, permits, listings, tenders) can hand that job to a pipeline. The sources change; the shape of the system does not.
