The problem

Invoices and proof-of-delivery documents arrived as scans and PDFs. Each one had to be read, checked against deliveries, exported to the right format, reconciled against payments and approved, mostly by hand.

What we built

  • OCR ingestion that reads invoices and supporting documents into structured data.
  • Proof-of-delivery handling, linking each invoice to what was actually delivered.
  • Configurable exports for the formats downstream systems expect.
  • Payment reconciliation and an approvals flow, so exceptions reach a person and the rest moves on.
